Pussycat and the Dirty Johnsons track ‘Get Outta My Face’ will feature in upcoming American comedy ‘Let’s Have Kids’. Staring the likes of Karen Fillan and Zoë Chao, ‘Let’s Have Kids’ follows two best friends, Emma and Phoebe, who decide to get pregnant simultaneously to navigate motherhood together, but their friendship is tested when only one of them conceives.
Pussycat and The Dirty Johnsons – exponents of true cat power… the grind and grit of punk rock seen thru feline eyes – those of live wire front woman Puss Johnson, guitar overlord Jake Johnson, and drums dynamo Ant Johnson. It’s as powerful a sound as you could hope for, accompanied by a singularly dynamic performance from Puss upfront (and right in amongst the audience of course). Never fail to hit the button dead on. For fans of The Stooges, The Cramps, The Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, Bikini Kill, The Kills….
